This plain-language notice describes the first version of the Chicken Chain interest form. It is a draft and must receive formal legal review before production deployment.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, role, areas of interest, consent, and—if you choose to provide them—typical input count, number of personal mixes, country or region, and a message about your current setup. It may also store the page path, referring site host, and campaign parameters associated with the submission. A hidden anti-spam field is included but is not intended for people to complete.
Why it is collected
Submission is voluntary. Software, Magic & Rainbows LLC uses the information to evaluate prototype interest, understand musician and recording workflows, contact people about Chicken Chain prototype testing, and communicate about future availability. This site does not take payments, reservations, or deposits.
Storage and email
Production submissions are stored using AWS infrastructure and reviewed manually. This first site iteration does not send an automatic confirmation email. The form does not intentionally store your IP address or browser user-agent with your response.
Sale of data, advertising, and cookies
Personal information submitted through this form is not sold. This first site iteration uses no advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics.
Access or deletion requests
To request access to or deletion of your form submission, email adam@chickenchain.audio from the address used on the form. The request will be reviewed manually.
